Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding
weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 1PM or on weekends will be processed
the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive an order
confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days – RM7
- Sabah Sarawak: Estimated delivery in 3-4 business days – RM20
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over RM90 [minimum order amount]
(Standard shipping only).
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your
items
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track
your package online. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to
update once shipped.
Missing or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have
been delivered according to the tracking information. If your package is lost in transit,
please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
In case your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to our customer support team so we can help investigate further.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are
not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address
information. If you notice any errors with your address, please contact us immediately to update your information before we ship your order.
Returns and Refund
For information regarding returns and exchanges, please visit our Return/Refund Policy. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
