For Malaysia:

Free shipping applies to orders of RM120 and above for standard domestic shipping only.

International shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Bandoru currently ships to selected international destinations, including Singapore and Thailand.

International customers acknowledge that:

8. CANCELLATION

Customers may contact Bandoru Customer Service to request an order cancellation.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and depend on whether the order has already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. RETURN & REFUND

Returns and refunds are governed by Bandoru's Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are required to follow the applicable return procedure before sending any item back.

Bandoru reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements of the Return & Refund Policy.
